I started working as a young teenager in fast paced Construction, Hospitality, and Retail establishments, with an eagerness to learn how those industries operated. With that knowledge and a passion for technology, I entered the Point-of-Sale business over 23 years ago. Since then, I have been fortunate to have worked with hundreds of independent businesses from a variety of backgrounds.
When I started my own business in 2012, I knew that my mission was clear. I wanted to bring education, choice, and transparency to my customers so they could participate in choosing the technology and tools that would help them be successful and create exceptional experiences for their own customers. Like most of our relationships, SONA was referred to me from a happy customer, and after speaking with them, it was obvious that our values aligned well. SONA enables me to confidently continue my mission, bring additional value to my existing customers, and help more businesses find success.
Although born and raised in Calgary, I have been able to travel extensively to experience a wide variety of people and cultures. When I'm not at the office, I enjoy the outdoors, staying active, walking my dogs, and playing hockey.
